In order to have a truly inclusive and thriving community—organizational leaders within Sonoma County determined an urgent need to identify, train and sustain leaders who reflect the diversity of the population of the community. On The Verge supports individuals in the public and non-profit sectors to grow personally, interpersonally, and professionally. In addition to learning and practicing leadership skills, this Sonoma County founding On The Verge cohort will work as a highly effective team to design and implement a project focused on increasing awareness about mental health and access to services for the Latino Community.
